Coaching is a collaborative, supportive process.
It’s about understanding patterns, building awareness, and having the right guidance to turn insight into meaningful, real-life change.
I work holistically, taking a whole-person view and looking at how your body, your inner world, and the way you experience food and everyday life interact.
Some weeks the focus is food and your physical foundations. Other weeks it’s patterns around eating, emotional triggers, internal conflict, or understanding why the same cycles keep repeating.
The aim is not perfection or control.
It’s developing a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body and moving forward with more clarity and confidence.
