Vata: Creative, quick to learn but also quick to forget, prone to worry and anxiety.

Pitta: Intelligent, focused, ambitious, can be short-tempered or irritable.

Kapha: Calm, loving, forgiving, may be prone to lethargy or resistance to change.


Digestive Patterns:

Vata: Irregular appetite and digestion, prone to gas and constipation.

Pitta: Strong digestion, gets irritable if they miss a meal, prone to acid reflux.

Kapha: Slow metabolism, steady appetite, prone to weight gain.


Lifestyle Preferences:

Vata: Enjoys excitement and new experiences, may have a tendency to overexert and then crash.

Pitta: Likes challenges and conquering goals, can be competitive.

Kapha: Enjoys routine, resistant to change, may lack motivation.


Sleep Patterns:

Vata: Light, interrupted sleep.

Pitta: Moderately sound sleep, may have intense dreams.

Kapha: Deep, prolonged sleep.


Remember, most people are a combination of doshas, but usually, one is more dominant. Understanding your dominant dosha can help in making lifestyle and dietary choices that are harmonious with your natural constitution.
