3-Hour One off speed session

Due to the high number of people reaching out for weight loss advice but unsure about starting a program, I have created a 3-hour one to one speed session where we will discuss all things WEIGHT LOSS.
Of course you will get a work book, a progress chart, handouts and more in the session but what the session will be about, well that’s up to you. I want to know YOUR story, what are your struggles, your dreams (goals) what is working, what’s not working and HOW do we get to where you want to be? If you have never worked with a holistic nutritionist and weight loss coach before this will be something very different and I am sure you will love it!
What do we cover in the session?

What/ how are you doing, eating, feeling right now? (Lifestyle, diet, nutrition, health history questionnaire).

What are your dreams, goals, desires? (Goals and values)

How do we get there? (Action steps, “The Plan”)

To lose weight (and keep it off) we need to address certain areas…(The Pillars of health: Sleep, stress, movement, nutrition).

What else is going on in your life? What drives you mad, what makes you happy? What makes you sad?

What else and what’s next? (Though I said this is a one off session, I will need to check in with you at some point to see how you are and how things are going for you, you will be on my mind until I do. (This is me keeping you accountable 😉)
